Dr. George Rucker
Medical Director
Dr. George Bino Rucker is a distinguished medical professional with a background as a urologic cancer surgeon and over 20 years of experience.
A graduate of the University of Virginia Medical School, Dr. Rucker trained at Cornell New York Hospital/Sloan Kettering before transitioning to functional integrative medicine. His expertise includes hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and advanced weight management techniques such as GLP-1 agonists.
As a consultant to leading practices, Dr. Rucker is dedicated to bridging the gap between traditional medicine and innovative health solutions.
Dana Nicolette
Practice Director
Dana Nicolette is a dynamic luxury beauty expert, spa consultant, makeup artist, and licensed esthetician. With credentials spanning Florida, Massachusetts, and New York, Dana’s journey in the beauty industry began in Los Angeles as a talent manager for celebrity stylists. Inspired by her clients’ creativity, she pursued her passion, earning her esthetician license in 2010.
Dana’s experience includes roles with leading skincare and makeup brands across New York, Miami, and New England. On Martha's Vineyard, she served as Spa and Operations Director for exclusive med spas and private clubs.
Now dividing her time between New York and South Florida, Dana brings her visionary approach and vibrant energy to help clients embrace beauty on their terms.
Jessica Kikla
Nurse Practitioner
Jessica Kikla, a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, has been delivering exceptional care in South Florida since 2013. With dual certifications in adult and gerontological primary care, Jessica specializes in sexual wellness, peptide therapy, and hormone optimization. She is a certified trainer for advanced techniques like Gainswave and P-Shot therapies, reflecting her commitment to staying at the forefront of anti-aging medicine.
Barbara Kucinich
Nurse Practitioner
Barbara Kucinich brings her expertise as an autonomous, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner to the Rejuven8 team. Specializing in sexual wellness, weight management, and injectables, Barbara combines clinical precision with a patient-first approach.
Originally from Ohio, she now enjoys exploring Key West with her rescue dog, Posie, when not assisting clients in their wellness and aesthetic goals.
Regan Brophy
Licensed Electrologist and Esthetician
A Florida native, Regan Brophy combines her expertise as a licensed electrologist, facial specialist, and phlebotomist to offer comprehensive skincare solutions. Specializing in treatments for hyperpigmentation, scarring, and anti-aging, Regan is passionate about helping clients achieve transformative results.
Outside of the spa, she dedicates her time to animal rescue and supporting the elderly in her community.
